This Privacy Policy describes how Kashi Property Guide ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or enroll in our services from kashipropertyguide.com (the “Site”).

We refer to this information as “Client Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about both Device Information and Client Information.

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

 

We use the Client Information that we collect generally to fulfill our service agreement with you (including processing your ₹999 enrollment fee and providing you with invoices and/or service confirmations). Additionally, we use this Client Information to:

  • Communicate with you;

  • Conduct the property search based on your specified requirements;

  • Provide you with potential property options that match your criteria;

  • Screen our enrollments for potential risk or fraud; and

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use third-party payment gateways (like Razorpay, Stripe, etc.) to securely process your enrollment fee.
