Our Policy:

Kashi Property Guide offers a specialized, on-demand property search service for a one-time enrollment fee of ₹999. This fee is for the service we provide, not for a physical product.

Refund Eligibility:

We offer a full refund of the ₹999 enrollment fee only under one specific condition:

  • If Kashi Property Guide is not able to provide you with any desired property options that match the requirements you submitted at the time of enrollment.

Refund Timeline:

  • You are eligible to request a refund only after 28 days have passed from your original enrollment date. This 28-day period allows us the necessary time to conduct a thorough and complete search on your behalf.

  • Refund requests made before 28 days have passed will not be processed.

How to Request a Refund:

  • In the event we fail to provide property options, you must email our support team at contact@kashipropertyguide.com after the 28-day service period has ended.

  • Please include your name, phone number, and the date of your enrollment to help us locate your file.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your request is received and verified, we will process your refund.

  • The refund will be provided in the same bank account from where the money was deducted or to a bank account you provide. Please allow 5-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been approved.

Disclaimers & Limitations:

  • Property Availability: Our service is to find and present property options. We cannot guarantee that a property we find will remain available. Properties are rented or sold by third-party landlords/owners, and we are not responsible if a property is leased to someone else before you can view it. This does not make you eligible for a refund.

  • Information Accuracy: We make every effort to provide accurate details (rent, photos, location). However, please note that information provided by landlords may have slight variations. A refund is not possible due to slight variations in listing details.

  • Refusal of Options: A refund will not be issued if we have provided you with property options that match your stated requirements, but you refuse them for personal reasons not included in your original requirement list.

  • One-Time Process: Refund requests will only be processed once per enrollment.

  • Discounted Service: Any enrollment purchased with a special discount code or during a promotional offer is not eligible for a refund.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that our service obligations were met or that the request is not in good faith.

Working Hours: 9 AM to 8 PM (7 days a week)
