Our Policy: Kashi Property Guide offers a specialized, on-demand property search service. We are proud to offer this service completely free of charge. Our goal is to connect you with the best available property options in Varanasi without any enrollment fees or hidden charges.

Cancellation of Service: Since our service is free, there is no fee to refund. However, if you wish to discontinue our services or if you have found a property elsewhere:

  • How to Cancel: simply email our support team at contact@kashipropertyguide.com with your name and phone number.

  • Effect: We will immediately stop searching for properties on your behalf and update our records to stop sending you further listings.

Disclaimers & Limitations: While our service is free, we operate under the following guidelines to ensure clarity and transparency:

  • Property Availability: Our service is to find and present property options. We cannot guarantee that a property we find will remain available. Properties are rented or sold by third-party landlords/owners, and we are not responsible if a property is leased to someone else before you can view it.

  • Information Accuracy: We make every effort to provide accurate details (rent, photos, location). However, please note that information provided by landlords may have slight variations. We are not liable for slight discrepancies in listing details provided by third parties.

  • Service Discretion: We reserve the right to stop providing services to any client if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request is not in good faith or violates our community standards.
